This documentary about Music in Plymouth (MIP), co-produced by the Plymouth Civic League (PCL) and Twin Cities Public Television (TPT) was filmed in 2007. The program explores why the founders of MIP saw a community event as a key element of unifying a fast growing community. Tune in to find out more about the past and the future of one of the Metro area's biggest summer celebrations. Locally, the program will be shown on TPT 17.
